The iReporter
The iReporter service offers coverage of events in real-time using a range of handheld device based apps.
By giving the iReporter pre-organized access to a client's existing online distribution networks on sites such as Twitter and Facebook, Newspepper will be able to deliver live coverage of client events direct to their online community via the Internet.
Using applications such as Tweetdeck, Twitvid, Audioboo, Facebook, Ipadio and Twitpic, the iReporter will upload a predetermined number of tweets, pictures, audio recordings and videos interviews ,with key people, throughout as events unfold.
There are four parts to the iReporter service:
(i) Pre-planning- We will have a consultation meeting to discuss your current engagement with proposed social media channels and how best to cover your event using various applications.
(ii) Preparation-If necessary we will set up any accounts with associated applications and list key people to interview.
(iii) Coverage! We will arrive at your event equipped with our smart phone and commence coverage.
(iv) Effectiveness review- We will send you a report email of people reached, how many views and online participation feedback.
As a guideline for a half day event, you will receive:
Minimum of 25 Tweets (via Tweetdeck)
Minimum of 10 photos (via Twitpic)
Minimum of 10 video interviews with predetermined key people (via Twitvid)
Minimum of 5 audio interviews with predetermined key people (via Audioboo or IPadio).
NB: We understand that brand image is paramount and using the correct language from your social media accounts is very important. We will agree on an editorial style before we have any access to any social media accounts.

We will take away the stress of organizing media coverage at your entire event by combining a number of our services to fully ensure delegates and the rest of the world sees and hears how great your event is, we will then collaborate this into your own 'event report' web page.
What you get:
We will create your own web page with your company branding and bring together the event write up from our live blogger and combine the photos and video to create an everlasting record of your event.
